Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (tilapia, salmon, or your choice)

  • 2 cups mustard microgreens

  • 1 cup radish microgreens

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Fish:

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    • In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

    • Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
