Ingredients

2 cups mustard microgreens
1 cup radish microgreens

1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Preparation
