Orvana Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Orvana, we’re committed to raising the bar for food quality by delivering fresh, nutrient-dense chicken raised on real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Your trust means everything to us, and we welcome your feedback as we grow together.

Please review our updated policy below regarding cancellations and refunds:

 

Cancellations by Customers (for Pre-Orders)

You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • After this cutoff, your chicken will be processed and packed especially for you, and cancellations/refunds will not be possible.

  • To cancel, please reach out at +918310981968 or email askorvana@gmail.com with your order details.

 

Cancellations by Orvana

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order:

  • We will notify you in advance.

  • You may choose to either receive a full refund or reschedule your delivery at no extra cost.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, processed chickens cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
However, if you believe there has been a mistake or quality issue:

  • Please reach out with a clear explanation and photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll thoroughly investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or partial refund.
