❌ Cancellations by Customers
For Prepaid Orders:
You may cancel your order only if you inform us before the chicken is selected and slaughtered.
Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

For Cash on Delivery Orders:
Once your selected bird is processed based on your order, you are expected to accept the delivery.
Refusing delivery after processing has been done may result in denial of future order requests.
📦 Cancellations by Orvana
In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order due to farm or logistics-related reasons:

You may choose between a full refund or rescheduling your delivery at no extra charge.
💸 Refund & Replacement Policy
Because our products are fresh and perishable, processed chickens cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
However, if there is a quality issue or error, we’re here to help:

Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your delivery.

Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order ID.
We will investigate the issue and either replace the item the same day or adjust in your next delivery, depending on the case.
