Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup sunflower microgreens

  • 1/2 cup radish microgreens

  • 2-3 green chilies (adjust to taste)

  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

Preparation

  1. Combine mint leaves, sunflower microgreens, radish microgreens, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and salt in a blender.

  2. Add a small amount of water to help with blending.

  3. Blend until smooth, adjusting the water as necessary to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Serve this zesty chutney with toasted bread or as a delicious accompaniment to a bread omelet.
