Ingredients
1 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup sunflower microgreens
1/2 cup radish microgreens
2-3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Preparation
Combine mint leaves, sunflower microgreens, radish microgreens, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and salt in a blender.
Add a small amount of water to help with blending.
Blend until smooth, adjusting the water as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
Serve this zesty chutney with toasted bread or as a delicious accompaniment to a bread omelet.
