Ingredients

  • Organic paneer

  • Coriander

  • Podina

  • Ginger and Garlic

  • Green chilies

  • Salt

  • Biryani spices if needed

  • Pea Microgreens

  • Lots of Butter..:)

Preparation

Step 1

Grind pea microgreens, podina and coriander into a fine paste.


Step 2

Heat butter and add ginger, garlic and chilies along with biryani spices


Step 3

Fry it a little and add the prepared green paste.


Step 4

Fry till little to no water is left.



Step 5

Add paneer and 1/2 cup water and simmer for few minutes till the gravy thickens to your liking.


Nutritious and delicious whispering greens paneer delight is ready to be served with pulav, bagara rice or gluten free chapathi's.
